Recent Case Successes

Recent Notable Outcomes

  • Driving While Intoxicated Investigation – Our client crashed his car in a ditch and, after an investigation conducted by Loper Law, the District Attorney’s office was compelled to dismiss the charge.

  • Juvenile Client Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child – Loper Law compelled a jury to decline to allow the District Attorney’s office to sentence our client as an adult. This result effectively allowed our client to avoid the adult punishment of juvenile prison and to avoid the requirement of registering as a sex offender.
